The MUG Event Calendar for June 9: Gordon & Jennifer Bell of Prosoft Engineering, Oliver Breidenbach of Bonix, Tom Abruzzo of Apple, and a Multitude of Demos
This week’s MUG Event Calendar was busy even before Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference was in the picture.
Jennifer and Gordon Bell of Prosoft Engineering and Joesoft will present to one group in California while Oliver Breidenbach, the CEO of Boinx Software, will be the featured presenter at another. Tom Abruzzo from the Apple Store will talk about iMovie ’08 in New York, and, of course, Steve Jobs will deliver the keynote at WWDC on Monday, and will provide material for every Mac User Group meeting for the next several months.
After that, the list of topics and demos is long and diverse. FileMaker’s Bento, Toast Titanium 9, Adobe Photoshop Elements 6, Time Machine, Art Rage, Comic Life…the list goes on and on. Our meeting pick of the week goes to the Capitol Macintosh Users Group, who will talk about “What To Do Before and After Your Hard Drive Crashes.”
Yes, your group’s meeting should be listed here, shouldn’t it? But it isin’t because you didn’t email the details to The MUG Center so it didn’t show up on The MUG Event Calendar and in our weekly Briefing either. Don’t let it happen again.
