The MUG Event Calendar for January 22: Jim Heid, Final Cut Pro User Groups, “Mac Magic,” Delicious Monster and More Macworld Expo
It probably won’t surprise you that the annoucements from Macworld Conference & Expo continue to resonate at Mac User Group meetings. This week’s MUG Event Calendar confirms that conclusion.
Expo events are on the agenda from Illinois to Australia, Lousiana to Florida. But there are plenty of other interesting meetings and presentations scheduled for the week.
Two Final Cut Pro User Groups meet this week to discuss new software and to hear members of the production team of the upcoming movie "Zodiac" discuss their work. Author Jim Heid will present at a special, all-day, user group-organized seminar in California, a user group in Arizona takes their first shot at producing a regional Mac event with "Mac Magic in the Desert," and a more technically-oriented user group in Washington state will welcome Lucas Newman of Delcious Monster.
