The MUG Event Calendar for April 16: Dave Marra, FCP SuperMeet, MacCamp, Adobe Creative Suite 3 and More
This week on the MUG Event Calendar we find an Apple presentation, two big events, several Adobe-oriented meetings and more.
Apple’s Dave Marra will present in New Jersey, a Final Cut Pro SuperMeet will be held in Las Vegas at NAB, and MacCamp will celebrate 44 iterations in Oregon.
One of the biggest software announcements in recent memory was Adobe’s release of the Creative Suite 3, and Mac User Groups have wasted no time in incorporating it into their meeting topics. There will be a presentation by an Adobe certified trainer in London and CS3-themed meetings in Texas, Oregon and Alaska.
Parallels will be on the agenda in Pennsylvania, iChat from an international perspective will be on display in Australia, PDFs are the focus in Washington State and educational iBook deployment will be discussed in Arizona. Benefiting from Google in Ohio, Apple TV in New York, iTunes in Kansas and a swap meet in Virginia are among the other interesting meeting topics scheduled for the coming week.
What’s on your agenda? Let us know by emailing the details to us and we’ll include it on the single best place on the web to watch what MUGs are up to.
